Below are some guidelines that will help guide you through the application process. We are always happy to just give you a "No Obligation" quote. The average call for a quote is about 5 minutes.
30-45 minutes to complete the application
Access to the internet to confirm application
Banking information (i.e. bank account & routing number/ credit card)
Information on any medications all applicants are taking or have taken in the last 2 yrs.
Information on your last doctor visit (i.e. Doctor's name, contact number, location and the purpose of the visit and any medical condition and information related to it in the last ten years)
Step 1:

Step 2:
You will be greeted by the licensed representative and they will ask you the following questions in order to determine the medical products that best fit your needs and budget:
What type of coverage are you looking for
Age
Height and weight
Tobacco usage (within the last 12 months)
Recently declined coverage
Pre-existing conditions
Medications you currently take
Current coverage you might have
Are you an expectant parent or in the process of adoption
Are you a U.S. Citizen
What is your estimated monthly budget
Step 3:
The representative will generate quotes for the recommended products or the products that were requested from the caller based on the needs and budget analysis above
Step 4:
Once agreement is reached on the desired products the representative will key in all of the requested information
Step 5:
Because this is a paperless process you will be required to agree to a recorded disclaimer that serves as your signature
Step 6:
Cards and policy information will be sent to you depending on the product and requested effective date (some products require underwriting and information will be sent upon approval)
